Paid for it. Worked great for 4+ years then all my data disappeared.

About 6 weeks ago I downloaded a business expense tracking system. Worked at it to make sure I’d really use it, and ended up adding all my receipts back to beginning of the year. I was being very diligent to add as receipts arose. If it was a free trial then why didn’t they offer for me to start purchasing? Instead one day that app tile is gone from my phone and this company’s Business tracker app is in its place. I register and all my data is gone. I wrote and asked about it. No response. Now I’m having trouble even logging back on. Help with lost password? Nope. No word from them. What a waste of time.

I have had this app for years and this update lost all of my saved expenses even after I paid for the app to ensure that wouldn’t happen.

Can’t get in and use all. All data is gone. Was using older app I guess. Can’t even create an account.

Latest update deleted all my data and changed the app to this new version. Not a great app, unable to add receipts, and cumbersome.

This app doesn’t work anymore

They have lost all my data even though I paid extra to store it. After multiple attempts at contacting company with no response. Company is out of business and no way to contact them with all my companies data. Don’t buy this app whatever you do.

I been extremely happy with this product for years, unfortunately now the app don’t seem to work after the new iOS update. Please look into this ASAP, thank you

Was good to begin with.... but.. I went to add information today and the app would not open. Looked for help from some tech savvy people and nothing worked!! Now all the receipts imputed is gone!!!!

Over all is a great app, but has 2 bugs crashing for no reasons, and sometimes back date entered will become today. Please take some time and fix those. Thank you

I reached out to them two times, via email, through the app, and I’ve not heard back. Having trouble syncing from iPad to iPhone, even after following their online directions. I also keep getting an alert saying Invalid Product Once I get this figured out, I will write a more detailed review about the app Thank you!

Piece of junk don’t buy

Cants get sync to work, even after buying add on. Waste of time and money.

Currencies from Dark ages Does not cater for Kilometers, which is used by 60% of world

This great app really helps me in my business routine cause it helps me to track my expenses and incomes without any help of my colleagues so I don't regret my money I've spent on it

How do i get data from Receipt Scanner to transfer to this product which is also made by you and almost identical? Zero customer support by phone or email. Stay away from this company or you risk losing all your data

Long time have I been using all my possible means to keep track of my spendings - useless. I kept on forgetting about it after one week maximum. But now that I've found this app it doesn't let me lose track of money. The best 5 bucks I ever wasted on not wasting money

After installing most recent update, I get "invalid app". Also paid for data sync and it does not work. Continually get message "try again later". Support does not respond to emails.

Good app and very useful. In its current version, it will not work with iOS 11. It needs updates to a 64 bit app.

They don't respond to emails and this won't work with the latest iOS update.

I just paid $5 for this, open it up and it tells me it won't work on future iOS versions. Little miffed right now

Straight forward user interface, but problem with PDF reports. When receipts are printed, it places 1 receipt on 1 page, then receipt description on another. Can't figure how to get these consolidated. Emailed support twice with no response. Other Improvements I would like to see... TouchID passcode Autofill to suggest previous transactions

It is very useful and easy app, I've tried many different invoice apps and this is the best one I've used, because it has all necessary useful features and tools. And especially I like that there is no Internet access required to use its functions

This app combines all the great features of business apps. It has sync opportunities with all kinds of account software. It keeps all the receipts and allows to categorize them in different ways. It frees a lot of my time by preparing all the account and tax reports I need. Moreover those reports are made with my company's logo and necessary signatures as if I prepared reports in old-fashioned way. The app is worth every penny!

I am a disappointed with this purchase. At the cost it should be able to scan the reciepts without having to manually add the information. Weekly expensens should be added as well. I also feel there should be an option to add photos of your own Icons without selecting ones that do not apply. In a world of technology it should not be hard to add more items or offer options to take a photo or add your own. Please upgrade these simple features. I should have saved my money and time with expensify!

I'm in the middle of trying to add my first expense and I already hate this app. No instructions on how to set the app up initially, very non-intuitive, confusing q and a answers. I hoped for an app that would be fast, Ray and hassle free. This ain't it.
